How to withdraw your balance

Your sales balance and what came in via PIX or crypto can go to your account via PIX or to a crypto wallet.

Withdraw balance

    Open the withdrawal

    Click the “+” next to your balance and choose the Withdrawal tab. It shows how much of your balance is available to withdraw.

    Enter the details

    Choose PIX or crypto. For PIX, enter the key and the holder's name; for crypto, the network and wallet address. Crypto withdrawals may require identity confirmation.

    Confirme

    Check the amount, the fee and the net amount before confirming. Track the request in your wallet.
