How to place an order
Couldn't find the skin on the market? Request it, and the stores look for it for you. Ordering is free.

Create the order
In Orders, click “New order”. Choose whether the order goes to any store or to a specific store.

Describe the skin
Search for the skin, choose the wear and adjust the float range. If you want, choose the version (StatTrak™, Souvenir) and specific stickers.

Receive the options
Stores send real options, with photo, float and price, and you can see them in 3D. You compare and pick one, or decline them all.

Pay only when you choose
Payment only happens when you accept an option, with the same protection as purchases.
