How to open a support ticket

Talk to the team on WhatsApp, on Discord or send a report right from the website.

    Open Help and Support

    In the profile menu, go to Settings > Help and Support.

    Choose the channel

    To talk to someone, use “Open WhatsApp” or “Open Discord”. To report a bug or suggest an improvement, use the Send Feedback form.

    Send the details

    Include the transaction code (it starts with RS and shows up in Transactions), what happened and, if you can, a screenshot. That speeds up support a lot.
