How to check a store's reputation

Before buying, check the store's numbers: deliveries, responses and reviews from other buyers.

    Open the store

    Click the seller's name on the item page to open their store.

    Read the indicators

    Success Rate shows how many sales were completed. Response Rate and Average Delivery show how fast they are. Sales Made and Unique Buyers show the store's experience.

    See the reviews

    Reviews show the average rating and testimonials from people who already bought. Sort by Worst to see the complaints.

    Review after buying

    After a completed purchase, you can also review the store: choose the purchase and tell us how it went.
